I could rewrite "Why French Women Don't Get Fat" in a couple of sentences:
"Most French women don't get fat because they don't eat. Exceptions are made only for espresso and cigarettes, which are a major food group. The ones who do eat actual food do, in fact, get fat."
My version wouldn't make as much money as the original.
